Description:
Lack of sleep can be a real problem. If we don't rest, our body is no longer able to perform at its best. It's as if we've run out of batteries.
Sleepeel is a dietary supplement based on melatonin and plants that work together to help you fall asleep quickly, promoting restful sleep.
Why is it different from other sleep aids?
As it has 2 layers it has a double action:

- The initial one is on the cover , which contains Melatonin, which begins to be absorbed after ingestion and is released quickly, promoting the onset of sleep.
- The cellulose core, slow release (it comes into action when we have already fallen asleep), which contains dry extract of Valerian (tranquilizing and relaxing), dry extract of Melissa (relaxing), Zinc (which acts on the metabolism of Melatonin, enhancing its action) and Vitamin B6 which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
How is it taken?
One tablet a day, one hour before bedtime.
*For children under 3 years of age, consult your doctor or pharmacist, who should assess whether these are sleep cycle disturbances or poor habits.
