But what are omegas?
They are vital oils, both for mental and physical health. They are called "essential fatty acids" or vitamin F, because our bodies cannot produce them and we must obtain them from fatty foods.
EFAs are found in both animal and plant foods. Foods rich in EFAs include vegetable seeds and cold-water fish oil. People need these fatty acids in their diet. Long-term lack of EFA intake results in a deficiency . Diets low in EFAs, such as junk food, can lead to increased calorie consumption, as the body cannot find the nutrients it needs and continues to feel hungry.
They are classified into:
• Monounsaturates: These fatty acids are primarily plant-based, with the most common being "oleic" and "palmitoleic," which are characteristic of olive oil, avocado, olives, and sea buckthorn. Consumed in sufficient quantities , they protect the cardiovascular system, reduce total blood cholesterol levels, and increase the so-called "good" cholesterol (HDL). This type of fatty acid corresponds to omega-7 and omega-9 fatty acids; the human body can synthesize these types of fatty acids.
• Polyunsaturates: This group includes essential fatty acids (EFAs) belonging to the omega-3 and omega-6 groups. Linolenic and linoleic acids are the fatty acids EPA and DHA (eicosapentaenoic and docosahexaenoic acids) from omega-3. These compounds are very important in regulating blood pressure, vasodilation, coagulation, and immune function. They reduce total cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood, and are also precursors of prostaglandins.
Effects of Ages supplements:
Scientifically proven , essential fatty acids are highly effective in numerous chronic diseases . One of the places in the body where the highest concentrations of essential fatty acids are found is the brain.
The cerebral cortex, the outer layer of the brain, is dense with cells rich in fatty acids. The brain is composed of approximately 60% lipids and has a very high energy expenditure. Energy consumption produces free radicals, which often damage cell membranes. The brain requires omega-3 fatty acids for proper functioning. This fatty acid promotes cell membrane production, raises serotonin levels (euphoriant, pain-reducing), and increases neurological connections.
They help treat various psychiatric and neurological disorders such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, and Alzheimer's. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, omega-3 fatty acids can increase the baby's intelligence quotient and reduce the incidence of allergies.
AGES are necessary for the normal functioning of cells, tissues, glands and organs, so their intake is recommended in:
• Brain function (as mentioned above)
• Skin, hair and nails (to keep them healthy)
• Cancer (omega-3s may reduce risks)
• Cardiovascular disease (reduce triglycerides, cholesterol, high blood pressure)
• Diabetes (for proper insulin function)
• Weight control (omegas 3 and 6 help reduce fat production)
• Digestion (AGES improve intestinal integrity, reducing allergies)
• Allergies (AGEs reduce allergy symptoms, work best in synergy with enzymes)
• Inflammation (omega 3s reduce inflammation in cases of osteoarthritis, arthritis, etc.)
• Autoimmune diseases (omega 3s inhibit the over-response of the immune system (it is interesting to synergize them with enzymes)
• Wounds (accelerate healing)
• Bone minerals (omega 3 helps retain buffer minerals (alkaline) in the bones)
especially calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, which slows down the development of osteoporosis.
• Stress (raising serotonin levels improves the reaction to stress, helping to create a feeling of calm and control.
• Sleep (AGES improve sleep quality in some people).
• Hormones (AGEs improve hormonal functions, thus AGES reduce the work of the glands)
• Organs (AGES are necessary for optimal liver and kidney function.
• Reproduction (AGES are necessary for sperm formation, the female cycle and pregnancy).
• Alcoholism (people who suffer from this disease lack AGES)
Composition per pearl:
Contribution of 4 omegas, 3-6-7-9. Flaxseed oil 800 mg.
Evening Primrose 90 mg. Extra-virgin olive oil (fruit) 60 mg. Rice Bran Oil
30 mg. Sea buckthorn oil (branch) 10 mg.

Posology:
2 pearls per day, 1 during breakfast and 1 during lunch (treatment can range from 1 to 3 pearls per day).
Directions:
Used as a cell protector against free radicals, and as an anti-aging agent. It contributes to
body the fatty acids necessary for its proper functioning. Useful for dermatological, cardiovascular, and cerebral health. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
